Each cookie is approximately 8-10cm depending on the shape of the cookie. The size is stated on each listing.

Each cookie is individually heat-sealed in cellophane for freshness up to 6 weeks and carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. If your order includes gift boxes or custom packaging, these will be arranged as per your order details.

Our cookies are delicious vanilla sugar cookies — soft, buttery, and perfectly balanced in sweetness, making them the ideal base for our decorated designs.

Our piñata cookies are generally made with white chocolate, giving them a creamy, smooth flavour that pairs beautifully with the vanilla cookie.
For darker colours (such as brown or black), we use milk chocolate instead to achieve the right shade and taste.

While our cookies do not contain nuts unless specified, they are made in a kitchen that handles allergens such as nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs. If you have allergies, please reach out before placing your order so we can advise you accordingly.

Chocolate Pinata's:

- Do NOT refrigerate — the chocolate can sweat, bloom, or crack

In hot weather: Store in the coolest part of your home, but still avoid the fridge.
You can place it in a box with an ice pack near it (not touching) for temporary cooling.

We recommend placing your order as early as possible to secure your date — ideally 3–4 weeks in advance. All orders are made to order and spots fill up quickly, especially during busy seasons.

• Local pickup orders require at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Postage orders require a minimum of 5 business days to allow for baking, packing, and shipping time.

Yes! We offer local delivery for an additional cost. Delivery fees vary depending on your location — please get in touch with us for a personalised delivery quote.

Yes! We offer local pickup from Thomastown 3074 & Coburg 3058. Pickup details (address and times) will be provided once your order is confirmed.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to post chocolate piñatas at this time. They’re delicate and can melt or break during transit, so piñatas are available for local pickup or delivery only.

Sometimes! If you need cookies on short notice, please contact us directly — we’ll do our best to fit you in depending on our baking schedule.
